I have a similar problem in that Immortal Throne will not star from TQ Defiler but Titan Quest 'vanilla' will. The exe. actually in the game files that Defiler is the Defiler pathway will also provide a 'Could not locate Steam' message when activated manually. However, the game will start from the Steam prompt and so I suppose if I could direct Defiler to the Steam prompt then it would work.
I have searched but so far unable to find the exe. that Steam uses or the config. file that would allow the suggested adjustments to be made. Thanks for making and refining this excellent widget.
Oh, anyone reading this - don't forget to support Grim Dawn on Kickstarter - it really looks like it is going to be one of the great ARPGs.

Alrighty, finally got a chance to try this out: 1) I have my game paths set to each game (which is located under the steamapps folder). 2) For custom executable, BOTH are set to steam.exe. 3) Then check both of the checkboxes to use commandline options, set TQ to "-applaunch 4540" (without quotes) and IT to "-applaunch 4550" (without quotes).
After doing so the Run TQ and Run IT options from the main menu both work for me, please let me know if this does or does not help.
