I am a once avid player of Titan Quest and user of TQDefiler that quit playing the game a while ago and disappeared into the abyss of work and real life. Now with Grim Dawn finally ready and released i remembered about this Forum and the planned GDDefiler but seems the forum is quite deserted since a while. Is the project dead or can we expect anything coming up?

I contacted SoulSeekkor through email and he said that he is working in GD defiler and plans making it compatible also with Titan Quest, now we just has to wait and support his work.
