Will TQ Defiler be updated for Titan Quest Anniversary Edition? I loved using the utility in the original Titan Quest but don't know what an update would entail.

TQAE will be supported in GD Defiler(Grim Dawn Defiler)

Just note he says he is on a paid contract for the next few weeks thus TQAE support will be delayed.
